Tomasz
Hello, I am Tomasz, and I have been a licensed guide here in Poznań since 2009. Having grown up in this city, I genuinely enjoy showing people around, which led me to begin guiding with Walkative! in 2016. My goal is to make the history, architecture, nature, and everyday life of Poznań accessible to visitors. While I want to make sure you learn as much as possible, I also value the conversations we have, as they give me a chance to learn about different parts of the world from you.
I find Poznań to be an interesting and often underrated city with a very rich history. During our walks, I gladly show you well-known landmarks like the Old Market Square, Ostrów Tumski, and the Imperial District, but I also enjoy pointing out less obvious places such as Sołacki Park or the Citadel. I am always happy to share practical advice, like where to get a good meal after we finish our tour. Outside of guiding, I live here with my wife and two children, and I spend my free time following history, sports, and supporting our local football team, Lech Poznań.
