Hi, I'm Iza, and I've been guiding in Krakow for over a decade. I originally moved to the city for my studies, but it soon became my permanent home, and I've been happily leading tours with Walkative since 2015. I value the chance to meet travellers from different backgrounds and exchange perspectives. For me, the most rewarding part of guiding is having a genuine conversation and seeing the city's stories connect with a new audience.

With a background in art history, I love to explore how Krakow’s past and present are woven into its architecture and public spaces. On my tours, I enjoy discussing not just the famous monuments, but also the rich symbolism and forgotten details hidden in the city's streets. When I'm not guiding, my main interests are literature and travel. Both hobbies continually broaden my own understanding, which helps me place Krakow’s history into a wider context for my groups.
